My morning routine

 My morning routine consists of 

Waking up at 520 am... then usually snoozing it to 530am.

I will put some slippers on and usually chuck some bacon in the oven,.. on a baking tray.. and a hash brown for good measure. I will also put an egg or two on surrounded by mushrooms.

If I am lazy. I will have cereal. Usually some healthy nut grain health mix thing... or gluten-free weetbix. If I am gluttonous or feeling lucky I have been known to have ice cream for breakfast. 

PROTIP:  I ALWAYS... put ALL my work stuff in one spot. Uniform. Keys. Wallet. etc etc. 
I currently use on top of my clothes / chest of drawers as this spot. 

Brushing of teeth. I do a mouthwash if I am running good for time. I skip it if I am running late.

I do usually feed the dog and cat before myself. They get boring dry bites of a morning. But are spoiled with yummy wet food of a night.

At my best ,... I have went for a quick bicycle ride around the block and it really wakes up the whole system. At a time at fitness first I was peddling for an hour before work. And I was extremely alert and productive and in a much better mood.

Finally.... once fully dressed,... fed,... cleaned up .... I fire up the Ducati... which HATES cold mornings. and zoom off down the highway. 

I have experimented by catching the train. The train is very empty and everyone stares at their phone. I was a wierd one and read the yellow pages book with all the business phone numbers in it. The train is actually incredibly fast. It only takes 30 mins to get from the wild west to work.
